We collect the following categories of personal data:

Contact Form Submissions: Name, email address, phone number, event type, event date, number of guests, venue/location, and your message. This data is provided voluntarily when you submit an enquiry.

Analytics Data (with consent): If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time spent, device type, approximate location (country/city level), and referral source. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Technical Data: Our server automatically logs IP addresses, browser type, and access times for security purposes. This data is not linked to your identity and is retained for a maximum of 30 days.

We process your data for the following purposes:

Responding to enquiries (Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): When you submit a contact form, we use your data to respond to your request and discuss potential bookings.

Website analytics (Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Analytics cookies are only placed after you explicitly accept them via our cookie banner.

Website security (Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Server logs help us detect and prevent security threats.

Analytics cookies (consent required): Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) — these cookies help us understand how visitors use our website. They are only activated after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner.

Measurement and attribution cookies: mc_org, mc_ref, mc_attr — these record how you first reached our site: the page you landed on, the channel (for example a search engine, an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, an advertisement or an email), and the referring website's domain name. They contain no name, email address or identifier, and are not used to build a profile or to track you across other websites. We use them for one purpose: to understand which channels bring genuine enquiries. Retention: 90 days (the Safari browser may shorten this to 7 days). If you submit an enquiry, the recorded channel and landing page are stored alongside it in our database.

Google LLC — for analytics purposes (only if you consent to analytics cookies). Google processes data under their own privacy policy and Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

Advertising measurement — only if you arrived by clicking an advertisement. If, and only if, you reached our site from an advertisement, we send a conversion event to that advertising platform — Meta Platforms, Inc. or OpenAI, L.L.C., both in the United States — so we can see which advertisement produced the enquiry. It contains your email address and phone number in irreversibly hashed form, the advertisement's click identifier, and your browser's user-agent string. If you did not arrive from an advertisement, nothing is sent to either company.

Email service providers — contact form submissions are delivered to our management email. The email infrastructure processes your data solely for delivery purposes.

Contact form data: retained for up to 2 years after your last interaction, or until you request deletion.
Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default.
Server logs: automatically deleted after 30 days.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
