Matteo Cammisa's work in the UAE opened on New Year's Eve 2017 at the Burj Al Arab — one of the most recognisable luxury hotels in the world, and one of the few rooms where the guest list on 31 December is itself the story.

Dubai's five-star hospitality scene is one of the most demanding rooms a performer can work: international guests, exacting hosts, and a standard of presentation where every detail is expected to hold. Close-up magic and mentalism fit that standard — elegant, mobile, and performed to the guest rather than at them.

The UAE remains one of Matteo's core international markets, spanning hotel engagements, corporate summits, brand launches and private celebrations — including the gala of the International SGS Dental Congress at the V Hotel Dubai in November 2023.
